Welcome Address

Welcome to this year's Thorium Energy Conference, ThEC12 in Shanghai.

We are proud to be hosting this important event with Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is a very special opportunity for us to meet and exchange information, which is of such importance in the development of Thorium Energy, so we can meet our goals sooner.

As we all now know, Thorium Energy presents an enormous possibility to produce scalable, affordable, safe, clean and sustainable energy. It is a fact that there is more energy available in thorium than all coal, gas, oil and uranium on earth combined.

Our hosts, Chinese Academy of Sciences, now have an ambitious Thorium Energy program, and we invite you to meet the team behind their efforts, to find out more about their ambitions and progress to date.
